Residency: Athletes must reside within the Slinger High School district boundaries to be eligible to play for the Slinger Youth Football Organization.

Age: No athletes can participate on or after their 15th birth date. 7th and 8th grade players must be younger than 15 years of age. 6th grade players must be 12 years of age or younger.

Fees: The annual registration fee for an athlete to join Slinger Gridiron is $150.* The annual registration fee for additional atheletes in your family to join is $100. Each family must also pay a $75 member participation fee which will be refunded when the family is no longer members of youth football and provided the minimum participation requirement was satisfied each year.

Registration: Athletes have two ways to register:

1. Attend one of our open registrations to complete the registration form and pay the annual fee
    
   • Slinger Middle School, Thursday, January 27th, 2011 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
   • Slinger Middle School, Saturday, February 5th, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
      
     * A player can still register after the open registration dates but there is a $50 late fee.
     * If the player transfers into the Slinger school district after the registration dates, there is no late fee.
   
    
2. Print out, complete, and mail in the following form along with a check for the registration fee.

*Hardships : The goal of Slinger Gridiron is to provide an opportunity for all young atheletes in the Slinger school district to learn to play football. Slinger Gridiron registration fees are set at a minimum to only cover costs such as purchasing proper equipment, league fees and field maintenance. Our coaches do not get paid. And although the Slinger Gridiron registration fee is one of the lowest in the league, when hardships occur any fee is too high. If your young athelete would like to join Slinger Gridiron but you are experiencing a hardship, please contact the Slinger Gridiron President or Vice President to confidentially discuss other registration options for hardship situations.
